I offer up to an eight (8) month layaway:
- 20% deposit required: this deposit is considered to be the contract for intent to purchase
- Minimum monthly payment of 10% (purchaser may choose the payment due date that is
most convenient for them)
- No finance charges
- All monies are nonrefundable unless artwork has been stolen, or irrepairably damaged
while in the artist's possession
- Purchaser will be responsible for pickup after full payment has been made, unless other
arrangements have been made with the artist
- Purchaser may not take possession of the artwork until full purchase has been made
- Please keep in mind that State Sales Tax does apply to the purchase price of artwork
- Payment: I accept cash or use PayPal Invoicing (PayPal accepts checks and all major
credit cards. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to use this
payment arrangement)
